Elon's Annual Review

Every six months, Tesla employees undergo a performance review.

We are independently reviewing CEO Elon Musk's work in 2025 to date to determine whether it is in Tesla's best interest for him to continue to serve in his role.

Please consider his list of accomplishments this year and give your thoughts below:

• did a Nazi salute on stage at a political event
• at DOGE, promised $2 trillion in savings but instead achieved between 72 and 150 billion in savings, less than 8% of his target (source and source); his 'wall of receipts' was riddled with errors
• oh and by the way, DOGE itself cost $21.7 billion to exist
• he put a 20 year old named Big Balls in charge of Social Security
• Elon and Trump's cuts could also kill 14 million people, including starving children
• Tesla's earnings are a "disaster by every metric"
• relatedly, his favorability rating in the general public is as low as 23% and there's an entire genre of articles dedicated to people who want to buy electric but refuse to buy from Elon
• he fired a manager critical of him supporting Nazi tweets and fired another, pro-Telsa employee for speaking out against him 
• tried and failed to start his own political failure after DOGE's epic failure
• built up a massive, unsellable inventory of Cybertrucks -- which look like dumpsters -- at his personal discretion
• was sued by shareholders right after losing a separate $243 million judgment 
• he spends basically his whole day tweeting and got in a Twitter fight with the President of the United States in which he suggested the President is a pedophile
• he opened a diner
